By registering and booking Airport taxi on www.rideally.com or Android App, you explicitly understand and agree that:

• To Avail Airport offer, Users need to do cab booking from WebApp or Android App only.
• Shared taxi is provided if there is another user available at same time from nearby location or on the route. We understand the time sensitive nature of Airport travels hence do not club passengers which are far from each other or start time difference is more than half an hour.
• A family can still book a personal ride to airport at the ate specified in the App. One can choose the taxi from Indica or equivalent or Sedan with A/c. 
• Night tariff (Batta Charges) will be additional 100. Night means 10.00 PM to 6.30 AM.
• You may need to share rides with 1 or more persons however you can know about your co-passengers in advance.
• We usually do not group more than 3 passengers however if ride is shared with 3 or more persons than we try to provide a big car so that you can carry your luggage with ease.
• Taxi driver will not be able to wait for more than 5 min. If other commuter has any issue then cab may leave after waiting for 5 mins. We prefer that commuter is already at the pick-up spot. 
• In case, you are the first one to be picked up and there are no other commuter to be picked up, than waiting time would be charged at 10.00 per 2 mins (after initial 5 min).
• First pick-up point should start 3 hours before flight departure time for domestic travels and 4 hours before for International travels. 
• Only 20 kg* baggage will be allowed while sharing the ride and for extra luggage customer should inform customer care in advance and user might need to pay extra charges.
• The minimum age for registering is 18 years for both men and women.
• You have gone through the general 'Terms of Use' and 'Privacy Policy' and agree to be bound by them.

Payment Policy:

• RideAlly WebApp or Android App follows no refund policy i.e. any fees charged to the users for the Services are due immediately and are non-refundable.
• Users would pay to cab driver during the travel as per amount communicated by RideAlly.
• In case of cancellation of services, please inform at least 1 hr in advance.
• RideAlly team reserves rights to change the promotional offers at any time without informing in advance.

How to use Promocode:

1. Go to Airport page on Android App
2. Provide your trip information
3. Select your vehicle type and choose 'Pay Online Later' option
4. Book your taxi ride
5. Once your trip completes then you will get an 'SMS' for payment
6. Click on the link or go to your ride details page.
7. Click on Pay Now, apply the promocode 'RIDEALLY50' and get 50 Rs discount on your total fare
8. If you already booked Airport taxi with Pay Online Later option then refer steps 5 to 7
